Programmatic access to Steer customer, vehicle, invoice, and campaign data for your data warehouse.

How Integration Works

Steer produces a daily snapshot of each tenant’s data as gzip-compressed JSON files. Using the Data Export API, you authenticate with OAuth 2.0 client credentials, request download links for the data types and dates you need, and pull the files into your data warehouse on your own schedule.

S3 Bulk Export (Deprecated) Legacy direct-S3 access with per-tenant AWS credentials. Existing integrations only — new integrations should use the Data Export API.

Available Datasets

Each tenant receives daily snapshot files for the following data types. Field-level definitions live on the corresponding Data Models pages in the sidebar.

Appointments — scheduling windows, status, visit type, source and campaign attribution
Campaigns — campaign configuration, scheduling, engagement metrics, attribution
Customers — profiles with contact details, consent statuses, validation
Invoices — work orders with nested services, labor, parts, sublets, hazmats, declined services
Messages — email, text/SMS, and direct mail with delivery status and campaign attribution
Reviews — ratings, business responses, and source attribution from external platforms
Shops — locations, addresses, and management-system metadata per tenant
Surveys — responses with question-level answers and ratings
Vehicles — profiles, normalization, maintenance reminders, deferred services
